Orchard Finger Weeder KLAUDIA

        Orchard Finger hoe KLAUDIA is designed for fast mechanical weeding in organic orchards, vineyards, berries, and crops where side weeding is required in fruit farming.
   

  • Ideal for quick mechanical weeding between rows, thanks to which soil and weeds are easily loosened between plants and around trees.
  • The machine is equipped with two weeding tools - a weeding star and a weeding disc block.
  • This weeder has many features, such as hydraulically adjustable row spacing. There are 2 versions for narrow and wide rows, where the spacing varies from 1.7 m for the single-sided weeder, to 4 m for the double-sided version.
  • The weeder is mounted on the rear or front of the tractor on a 3-point linkage.

This machine can be equipped with several weeding functions:

 Rubber finger hoe: The inter-row weeder is designed for fields with young plants or in fields with twisted rows. By using the rubber finger hoe is ideal for fast mechanical weeding between rows, thanks to which the soil and the weeds are loosened easily between the plants and around the trees.
  The weeding star comes in two sizes: 700 mm and 540 mm with 3 different hardness levels (soft 80º, medium 85º and hard 90º) for different crops and soil conditions.
  • – Rubber finger hoe/ Green: soft hardness (for young plants)
  • – Rubber finger hoe/ Orange: medium hardness (for mature plants)
  • – Rubber finger hoe/ Red: hard hardness ( for stony and hard soil).


  • Drive rotation for orchard finger hoe:
  • – 12 welded Drive Tines for D: Ø 540 mm x H: 50 mm
  • – 16 welded Drive Tines for D: Ø 700 mm x H: 50 mm
  • – 6 Pieces x U-Profile for D: Ø 700 mm x H: 80 mm/ 30 mm. 
Rubber sections for fingers (consumables) are available in the following configurations: 6 fingers per section; 5 fingers per section; and 3 fingers per section.

  

Finger roller disc: The finger roller cultivator is placed in front of the finger hoe, thanks to which the soil is loosened before the finger weeder will cultivate, which increases the effectiveness of the the finger weeder operation.

  • Easy installation to add 2,3 or 4 discs for wide cultivating area
  • Easily regulation for tilt and rotate angles
  • Disc Diameter: 425 mm or 320 mm.
 

Frame: 
  • Frame: Reversible chassis: Mounted on the rear or on the front of the tractor, connecting by 3-point linkages CAT 1 & 2
  • Hydraulic width displacement: Produced in both sided single or double sided from 1.72 m, up to 3.10 meters wide.
  • Adjustable rubber wheels to regulate the height of the machine.
  • Stand for storage and transport positions
  • Frame extended by 450 mm per side, achieving a total width of 4 meters without weeding tools attached.

In addition to the orchard weeding star, the chassis can also be used for the LUCY inter-row rotary weeder, the ALEK disc cultivator, the inter-row blade set and others.
