Apple & almond tree shaker with tarpaulin guarantees a fast and clean fruit. Tree shaking machine G-004 is intended for harvesting apples, sour cherries, plums, hazelnuts, almonds, olives, walnuts, and others.

Operating mode:

G-004 is a trunk shaking machine that’s adapted to suit the precise needs of fruit growers that can be used in orchards with different distances between trees in a row – width of the screen: 3 m to 6 m

Highest Workmanship Standard – Fully Equipped:

The G-004 apple tree shaker, designed to be towed by a tractor, is equipped with an internal hydraulic system (including an oil tank and pump) for optimal performance.
Its hydraulic steering axle provides a smaller turning radius, ensuring maneuverability even in confined spaces. The wheel’s turning angle is 32 degrees.
The innovative shaking head guarantees a gentle and efficient operation, minimizing damage to trees. Unlike traditional shaking heads that require a high flow rate of 50-60 L/min, this system operates with a minimum flow rate of 20 L/min, minimizing stress on trees. The unique belt system and three gears provide optimal shaking force for various fruits, including cherries, plums, almonds, pistachios, and more.
The machine is designed to harvest fruit into both 500 kg pallet boxes (1200x1000x760 mm) and smaller 600x400x150 mm boxes.
It features an effective fruit cleaning system and adjustable speeds up to 1200 turns/min.

Hydraulic Leveling Wheels: Ideal for hilly plantations, these wheels ensure efficient operation on crosswise slopes up to 12°.
Roller Platform: This platform facilitates quick and easy unloading of pallet boxes, each with a capacity of 500 kg.
Hydraulic Pallet Lifter: Designed to handle pallet boxes weighing up to 500 kg, this hydraulic lifter streamlines the unloading process mainly for plums and almond harvesting.

Distance between rows: Min. 2.5 meters
Distance between trees in a row: min 1.5 m
Max. crown diameter of about 6 meters
Height of the trunk Min. 0,5 meters
The distance required at the end of the rows: min 8 meters.
Trunk diameter P20: Up to 20 cm or P30: Up to 30 cm
In case the trunk diameter is above 30 cm, we recommend PESTKA Trunk shaker as it can reach the main branches of the tree or the cable tree shaker RS-100 for the small size of orchards and big trees.
